This role will be based in our London office, with the expectation to be in the office 1-2 days a week.

About the Role:

As Marketing Op Administrator, you will focus on the technical and logistical foundation for our marketing team and ensures that the "engine" of marketing - its data, software, and processes - runs efficiently. 

 

You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of CRM and marketing database tasks, ensuring our systems are accurate and campaigns are properly defined. You’ll support both marketing and sales teams with clean, reliable data, and help set up closed-loop processes and reporting to provide insight into campaign performance and ROI.

 

This is a tactical, detail-oriented role focused on data entry, list building, segmentation, and system hygiene, while also providing reporting and campaign support.

 

You’ll work closely with Senior Marketing leads to implement campaigns, maintain system integrity, and provide insights that help marketing and sales run more smoothly.  Having the opportunity to help define systems and processes from the ground up.

 

Working within a collaborative, technically focused, and supportive team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Keep accurate records across platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Build campaign lists, segment audiences, and deduplicate data
  • Set performance measurement best practices by campaign/channel
  • Create workflows, lead scoring, and automation processes
  • Audit CRM and marketing databases regularly
  • Build and QA audiences for email, paid media, and events
  • Support testing and QA for marketing automation
  • Develop/ Run standard reports in CRM or analytics tools
  • Track key metrics (open, click, response rates)
  • Suggest improvements and tests for better campaign results
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales

 

About You:

You are someone that is highly detail-oriented and methodical, with a genuine commitment to accuracy and consistency. Additionally, comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously and excelling under tight deadlines, embodying a resourceful and organised approach to the work.

 

A skilled relationship builder who is inquisitive, well-organized, and genuinely collaborative with others.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Substantial experience in CRM or other data-intensive environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs, and strong in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, data cleaning).
  • Basic understanding of Marketing, segmentation and analytics.
  • Data and analytics focused, understands tagging, workflows, automations, and reporting.
