How You'll Make an Impact:

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in optimizing marketing processes and ensuring seamless lead flow within our marketing automation platform. Your expertise in Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness across our marketing systems.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS/IT teams to ensure leads are accurately scored, processed efficiently, and delivered to Salesforce. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will help maintain data integrity and streamline marketing workflows, ultimately improving our overall marketing performance.

What You Bring to the Team:

  1. Own and monitor the lead flow process in Account Engagement (Pardot), ensuring accurate scoring and smooth processing into Salesforce.
  2. Optimize marketing campaign efficiency by recommending audience segmentation strategies and automation enhancements.
  3. Support and coordinate integrations with third-party tools like Qualified, Groove, Chilipiper, LeanData, and Rattle.
  4. Identify and resolve data anomalies and errors, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  5. Provide system administration support for user permissions, custom objects, and workflows in Pardot/Salesforce.
  6. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configurations.
  7. Work cross-functionally to identify and implement CRM enhancements that improve marketing efficiency.

What Sets You Up for Success:

  1. 2+ years of experience managing marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo).
  2. 2+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin or Pardot Consultant certification is a plus).
  3. Experience in a B2B and/or SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of demand generation and customer lifecycle marketing.
  4. Familiarity with marketing tech tools such as Groove, Chilipiper, LeanData, or Qualified.
  5. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for marketing data analysis and reporting.
  6. Deep understanding of digital user behaviors, website interactions, and marketing funnel analytics.
  7. Ability to manage projects, set clear expectations, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills to Stand Out:

  1. Account Engagement (Pardot) Certified and Salesforce Admin preferred but not mandatory. HubSpot certifications will also be taken into consideration.
  2. Experience with Tableau CRM Analytics.
  3. Strong background in analyzing marketing data to drive campaign optimization.
