The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst for the Marketing team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, alignment, and quality of marketing campaign deliverables. This individual will be responsible for developing QA processes and workflows to reduce errors, foster alignment across regions, and continuously monitor campaign asset performance for improvement. The QA Analyst will work closely with marketing, operations, creative, and regional teams to ensure flawless execution and integration of campaigns, driving efficiencies and supporting a consistent global brand experience.

What You'll Do:

  1. Establish, Manage and Automate QA Processes
    • Develop QA Standards: Define and document QA standards and benchmarks for marketing campaigns, including accuracy in content, design, data, and targeting.
    • Create QA Checklists: Develop checklists and step-by-step validation processes for all campaign elements (emails, landing pages, social media, digital ads, etc.), tailored to regional needs and compliance standards.
  2. Implement QA Workflows for Campaigns
    • Campaign Review Cycles: Design and manage QA review cycles with clear timelines and handoff points to ensure all campaigns are reviewed before final sign-off.
    • Regional Adaptation: Ensure workflows accommodate regional differences, such as language, localization needs, and market-specific compliance.
  3. Error Reduction and Continuous Improvement
    • Data Tracking and Error Logging: Establish a logging system for tracking errors by type, frequency, and region to identify trends and root causes.
    • Reporting and Insights: Regularly report on error rates, QA outcomes, and performance improvements, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  4. Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Marketing & Operations Integration: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align QA processes with broader marketing workflows, campaign timelines, and project management tools.
    • Regional Collaboration: Work closely with regional offices to ensure local market needs are incorporated into QA processes, building strong alignment on brand standards and campaign objectives.
  5. Monitor and Improve Campaign Quality
    • Establish KPIs: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality in campaign execution, such as accuracy rate, error reduction, and campaign turnaround time.
    • Conduct Audits: Perform periodic audits of live campaigns and conduct pre- and post-campaign reviews to assess adherence to QA standards and identify improvement areas.


Who Are Are:

  • Experience: 4+ years in a marketing QA, marketing operations, or digital production role with a strong focus on quality assurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QA tools and automation software; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) is a plus. Javascript or C# is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with an analytical mindset to identify issues and trends.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong background in developing and implementing processes and workflows in a cross-functional, high-volume environment.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to non-technical teams.
  • Global/Regional Experience: Familiarity with global campaigns and the ability to work with regional teams to ensure local compliance and adaptation.
