We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing global workforce at ThinkMarkets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, campaign delivery, workflow optimisation, and cross-functional alignment across our global marketing teams and brands.  

You will work closely with regional marketing, product, compliance, sales, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, visibility across workflows, and consistent delivery across multiple regions and channels within the Forex and CFD industry.  

Key Resposibilities : 

Marketing Operations & Workflow Management  

  • Manage and optimise end-to-end marketing workflows across multiple brands, regions, and teams  
  • Act as the central coordination point between marketing, product, compliance, design, and regional stakeholders  
  • Drive prioritisation, transparency, and accountability across campaign delivery pipelines  
  • Establish and improve operational processes, delivery frameworks, and ways of working across teams  
  • Support resource planning, workload management, and campaign scheduling across global functions  

Campaign Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination  

  • Coordinate the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, CRM, web, and events  
  • Ensure campaign timelines, milestones, approvals, and deliverables are tracked and communicated effectively  
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and shifting business priorities in a fast-paced global environment  
  • Facilitate regular stand-ups, prioritisation meetings, and delivery reviews across teams  

Reporting, Dashboards & Optimisation  

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workflow visibility for leadership teams  
  • Monitor campaign delivery performance, operational KPIs, and reporting cadence across marketing functions  
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase team agility and output  
  • Support marketing reporting, documentation, and operational governance across teams  

Marketing Technology & Systems  

  • Manage and optimise tools such as JIRA, Confluence, CRM systems, and marketing platforms  
  • Support workflow automation and process enhancements across marketing operations  
  • Work closely with teams to improve collaboration, tracking, and operational visibility  
  • Explore and leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and workflow management  

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience within Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Marketing Delivery roles within FX, CFDs, fintech, or financial services  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong experience managing workflows, stakeholder coordination, and campaign delivery across global teams  
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, reporting tools, and marketing workflows  
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  
  • Experience working across multiple regions and time zones within a fast-paced environment  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  
  • Understanding of trading platforms, financial products, and the Forex/CFD industry    
  • Exposure to AI and automation tools within marketing operations is advantageous
