About Us

We manage some of the UK’s largest and most complex wireless environments, including multiple central London boroughs and Docklands. Across more than 5,000 mast site locations, 2,000 connected buildings and 200+ outdoor networks, our work helps ensure people stay connected where it matters most.

Backed by DigitalBridge, we bring together deep telecoms expertise and commercial real estate know-how to deliver long-term impact in the market. We are also proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work 🎉, with 82 percent of our people saying it is a great place to work, compared with 54 percent at a typical UK-based company.

The Role

We’re looking for a growth-focused Marketing Manager to help tell our story and amplify the voice of our customer. You’ll build and strengthen our contact database across a range of sectors, find smarter ways to reach audiences, improve lead visibility with sales operations, and lead agencies on new creative assets. It’s a varied and hands-on role, offering plenty of scope to learn, grow and make a real impact.

About you:

You’re analytical and process-driven, with a natural instinct for improving how things are done. You’re comfortable using data to uncover insight, while also bringing strong creative judgement to how messages are shaped and shared. You can simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling stories and take a hands-on, high-standard approach to your work, with great attention to detail and a genuine team mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Content Lead

  • Champion the customer, turning insight into targeted content and a strong contact database.
  • Lead content creation across digital, PR, events and partnerships.
  • Build connected journeys across email, website and campaigns.
  • Use data to measure performance, test and refine messaging.
  • Ensure brand and tone of voice consistency across all activity.

Sales Enablement

  • Support sales with RFPs, collateral and presentations.
  • Maintain a central library of best-in-class sales materials.
  • Work with agencies on bespoke content and slide design.

Outbound Marketing

  • Identify target audiences and support outbound campaigns.
  • Help run integrated campaigns to generate leads and accelerate the pipeline.
  • Manage content across email, website, social and events.
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets, and support industry events.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience planning and running digital sales enablement campaigns, including email, social and ABM.
  • Skilled in content creation across presentations, video, podcasts, photography or design tools (experience in all not required, interest welcomed).
  • Experience in event management, including presentations, sales materials, comms and working with agencies.
  • Strong creative ability, proactive mindset, and confident communicator.
  • Excellent time, project and multi-task management with attention to detail.
  • Bonus: experience with paid campaigns, marketing automation, CRM tools, or agency management.
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing or agency-side roles, ideally in growth or lead generation.
  • Confident writing and PowerPoint skills, able to adapt tone and hit the ground running.

Benefits
  • Competitive Salary
  • 25 days holiday which increases after 5 years service (1 day per year until 30 days)
  • Group Personal Pension
  • Life Assurance
  • Income Protection Insurance
  • Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Cycle-to-Work Scheme

And that’s just the beginning! We also provide:

  • Free barista coffee at our Farringdon head office every morning
  • Free gym onsite for employees including exercise classes at our Farringdon head office
  • Rooftop picnic area at our Farringdon head office
  • Quarterly recognition rewards
  • Free Eye Tests
  • Flu vaccine vouchers

Our Values

Our values are what set us apart from the rest. They are what enable us to bring assured connectivity wherever it’s needed. We use these values to inform everything we do and the way we act as professionals – think of them as what’s important to us collectively, as well as how we prefer to work.

The successful candidate will be aligned with our company commitments:

  • Engineering excellence: we’re engineering experts and the quality of our output is second to none
  • Do the right thing: we’re neutral in our position, doing what’s best for our people, our partners, our customers, society and the environment
  • Set the pace: we act quickly and work efficiently, setting the pace for our projects and industry standards

Sustainability and CSR:

We implement environmental, social, and corporate governance:

  • Innovate for Impact: We pride ourselves on many industry firsts, driven by both technical and commercial innovation. From access to assured connectivity indoors in hospitals to smarter cities, we’ll continue to improve access to connectivity where it matters most.
  • A thriving workforce: We’re nimble and fast-growing and our success relies on diverse talent from a range of backgrounds. From this running start in an industry with known diversity challenges, we’re putting structure and focus around our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
  • Embracing Net Zero: This year we’ve baselined our carbon footprint. We choose to include key measures for the future like waste management and will be focused on our supply chain. You can read more about our targets in our Carbon Reduction Plan here.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging:

Here at Freshwave, we are dedicated to making our recruitment process as inclusive as possible, and aim to do everything we can to make you feel comfortable and supported throughout. We recognise that applying for a new job can be daunting, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to enable you to be yourself, and we will look to provide any reasonable adjustments to support all applicants.

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
