Are you a strategic thinker, results driven marketer, and inspiring team leader? Logistics UK is looking for a Marketing Manager to take the reins of our new Executive Membership product and B2B marketing campaigns, helping us define the future of leadership engagement across the logistics sector.

In this senior role, you will lead on strategy, campaign development, product launches, and multi channel marketing initiatives that drive real results. From creating compelling marketing plans to overseeing budgeting and performance, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to grow our influence and reach among senior business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute standout B2B marketing campaigns that generate leads and revenue.
  • Develop our Executive Membership proposition, from strategic planning to full campaign roll-out.
  • Own membership acquisition KPIs and budget.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to shape successful business and product strategies.
  • Champion the use of research, insight, and data to inform decision making.
  • Drive delegate acquisition for high level events including roundtables, conferences, and exclusive networking occasions.
  • Oversee our CRM and data strategy to target the right audiences effectively
  • Shape the digital experience for our leadership portal in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering high-impact B2B campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong digital skills, especially across LinkedIn, PPC, email, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic and analytical approach.
  • Strong leadership skills, ready to coach and grow your team.
  • Degree or equivalent marketing qualification.
