Your opportunity 

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to support our regional content, customer marketing, and PR programs, and help drive our growth objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with multiple specialists and build perception and awareness, amplify brand presence, and foster executive engagement across key EMEA markets, notably the UK and DACH. 

The right candidate has a proven track record of working with content and media agencies to create marketing assets. They will understand how to take technical customer stories and tell them in a way that resonates with local prospects and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise technologies, specifically Software as a Service (SaaS) with a B2B focus.

What you'll do

  • Content Creation and Management: Develop high-quality, engaging content for external publications, digital campaigns, and social platforms that reflect the New Relic brand voice and resonate with the EMEA audience
  • Create and manage the local version of our editorial calendar, using important moments in time (i.e. Black Friday) to make an impact in target markets
  • Deliver local demand gen and field marketing copywriting support
  • Own and advise on translation and localization strategies
  • Support the customer marketing and advocacy programs in EMEA
  • Help co-ordinate our overall social programs for the region, including presence on LinkedIn along with our local developer community activations
  • Help source and create other content to fuel digital marketing activities, such as quotes, datasheets, webinars, etc. Project manage creation of these assets
  • Allocate resources (time and money) across internal and external teams to get the greatest return on investment
  • Ensure that brand and tone of voice is consistent and impactful across platforms and markets.
  • Digital coordination and execution: Help co-ordinate our overall social programs for the region, including presence on X and LinkedIn along with our local content marketing and developer community activations
  • Help provide rapid response for major issues, coordinating with New Relic’s Support team.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve our marketing efforts in-region
  • Partner with and support the EMEA field marketing and demand generation team, providing guidance on messaging and content for campaigns, events, and programs
  • Customer marketing support: Source customers to speak at events, coach speakers and develop talk tracks and Q&As
  • Create event agendas, in particular for speaking sessions and roundtable themes
  • Repurpose customer talk tracks for media bylines, videos and case studies
  • Develop research themes, questions and analyse data, including the creation of regional reports and sub regional infographics and media bylines
  • Leverage internal subject matter experts and customer stories to drive our message with influencers in the media and industry analysts
  • Regional sales alignment: Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for enterprise software and services purchases
  • Provide enablement for our sales teams through presentation slides and other materials
  • Communications: Align with US-based PR, Analyst Relations and Content leads to drive New Relic’s corporate and product narratives with core influencers across EMEA. Serve as the main point of contact for local PR agencies, coordinating their time and holding them accountable to make the biggest impact for New Relic in the region.
  • Pitch press releases, interviews and write bylines in sub regions. Build regional executive profiles
  • Performance measurement and optimization: Measure the impact of communication activities across EMEA markets, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and continuously improve outcomes

This role requires

  • 3-5 years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software, digital marketing and  SaaS experience are highly desired
  • Basic CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo) experience strongly preferred
  • Native fluency in English is required. Knowledge and experience of working in German and French markets is preferred. Language skills are a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to determine ROI of marketing programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a technical field

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

£59,000£74,000 GBP
