The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, oversee media campaigns, manage content strategies, and optimize marketing automation.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop, execute and iterate the marketing strategy (offline and online) for the brand as well as product marketing
- Work closely with regional and local teams to create, implement and oversee (digital) media campaigns based on business objectives
- Supporting local sales and lead generation efforts through the different marketing channels (paid channels, social media, webinars, offline events, etc)
- Responsible for content strategy and ownership of all local online channels such as social media and landing pages
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead the nurturing process through email, content and social channels
- Regular monitoring of campaign performance, conversion funnel and optimization
- Managing budget overview for all marketing-related activities
- Sourcing and engaging potential trade partners and affiliate partners
Who we are looking for:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or business administration
- +8 years of working experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
- Good proficiency with digital marketing tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google tool, etc)
- Good understanding of digital marketing trends in UK
- Excellent communicator (both written & verbal) and creative thinker
- Strong ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Can-do attitude, contributor, and not scared of getting your hands dirty
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
