RouteVision is looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to elevate our growth in the Netherlands and Belgium to the next level. Job Description:

What you’ll do

  • Be the cornerstone of our growth: Build, lead, and inspire a team of marketing professionals and external specialists.
  •  Create impactful strategies: Develop and implement powerful marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
  •  Run innovative campaigns: Lead creative campaigns across digital channels (SEA, SEO, social media, email marketing) and offline media.
  • Maximize ROI: Manage the marketing budget and deliver optimal results through data-driven decisions and reporting.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Introduce cutting-edge marketing tools and trends to keep RouteVision at the forefront of the industry.
  • Contribute internationally: Share your expertise within our global network and attend international seminars to exchange best practices.

What you bring

  • Extensive experience: At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with several years in a leadership role.
  • Proven leadership: A strong track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strategic and creative mindset: Ability to develop and execute innovative, results-driven marketing strategies.
  • Digital marketing expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEA, SEO, CRO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Data-driven approach: Skilled in analyzing marketing data and KPIs to identify and implement improvements.
  • Strong communication: You inspire, persuade, and build bridges between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills: Capable of managing complex projects efficiently and setting clear priorities.
  • Fluency in Dutch (speaking and written)
