At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, in addition to incubating our own. With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector. 

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join one of our portfolio brands which is a well-known 100 million dollar brand in the D2C space. 

This position is full time in our London office.

What You May Do (subject to skills and business needs at the time)

  • Formulate creative social media and influencer campaigns, and mobilize the team to implement them
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure a steady stream of new social media ad content
  • Using ad performance data, identify trends in winning ad concepts and ensure that we make variations/iterations  
  • Create content (both visual + copy) for various marketing channels: email, SMS, and social media
  • Build and optimize email content, cadence, and segmentation strategy for all promotional, triggered, and transactional emails
  • Monitor website performance and propose improvements in design, content and experience
  • Establish and manage influencer relationships to create long term partnerships and motivate brand advocacy
  • Manage external agencies to help with influencer booking
  • Assist in company-wide strategy setting
  • Regularly report marketing performance
  • Assist in other marketing tasks as needed

Who You Are

  • A tertiary degree holder
  • Fluent English speaker
  • You are a fresh graduate or have some experience in marketing 
  • Bonus point if you already have experience in the D2C and/or startup ecosystem already
  • You have strong analytical skills (we prefer people who have studied engineering, economics, finance or a related field) 
  • Exceptionally organized
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
  • You are able to manage multiple work streams at once
  • You have a great eye for design! 
  • You are a strong writer and can write compelling marketing copy
  • You’re an avid social media user and have a strong passion for digital brand building 
  • You’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
  • You’re thorough and detail-oriented, and are good at following processes
  • You’re tech literate and can learn new software with ease
  • You thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture

We don't require previous experience in digital marketing for this role. We can teach you the tools of the trade. What's important is that you have the fundamental skills (customer mindset, writing, analytical skills) and attitude (a willingness to learn and eagerness to make winning ads)!
