About us

Cracken is an applied AI lab built by ex-nation-state operators and AI researchers, delivering the world's first Uncensored Vibe Hacking platform that safely amplifies security teams and gives enterprises proven, auditable security resilience.

The role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can create in-depth technical cybersecurity content, actively promote it, and turn attention into qualified leads.

You’ll own marketing execution across technical content, content distribution, lead generation, social media, and PR. You’ll work directly with founders, researchers, engineers, and sales to understand our technology, communicate its value, and reach the people who could benefit from it.

This role requires both strong technical writing skills and the ability to run effective marketing campaigns. You should be comfortable researching and writing a detailed technical article, building its promotion plan, and measuring how it contributes to audience growth and business results.

What you'll do
  • Write in-depth technical articles, research breakdowns, whitepapers.

  • Turn security research and engineering work into clear, credible content for technical audiences.

  • Own promotion of articles and research across LinkedIn, X, communities, email, partners, and other relevant channels.

  • Build campaigns that generate qualified leads, demo requests, and sales conversations.

  • Manage landing pages, CTAs, and content distribution.

  • Grow a targeted audience of security practitioners, researchers, and enterprise buyers.

  • Support PR, media outreach, announcements, podcasts, and conference communications.

  • Track traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead quality, and improve campaigns based on results.

Must have
  • Strong portfolio of technical cybersecurity content you personally wrote.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content, growth, or a related role.

  • Cybersecurity industry experience.

  • Proven experience promoting content and generating qualified leads.

  • Strong understanding of social media, content distribution, and campaign execution.

  • Excellent English writing skills.

  • Ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them accurately.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content and marketing.

Nice to have
  • Experience with SEO, email marketing, paid campaigns, CRM, or marketing automation.

  • Relationships with cybersecurity media or communities.

  • Experience with conferences, webinars, and partner marketing.

Why Cracken?
  • Real-world impact: Technology validated in nation-state operations and grounded in hands-on internal research

  • Team with a mission: Ukrainian-heavy international team of PhDs, professors, and top-tier industry veterans, driven by intrinsic motivation shaped by real-world adversity

  • Adaptive roles: We shape roles around exceptional talent; your ownership and drive will define your path

  • Perfect timing: Operating at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and autonomous systems, Cracken is uniquely positioned to win against sophisticated adversaries

What we offer
  • Opportunity to build a global cybersecurity brand from an early stage

  • Direct collaboration with founders and cyber operators

  • High autonomy and real ownership

  • Fully remote and flexible work setup

  • Competitive compensation
