We are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team to lead messaging, go-to-market execution and consideration-level campaign activity across the Guardian’s portfolio of paid products, including the Guardian App, Feast App, newspaper subscriptions and Guardian Weekly magazine. 


About the role

  • Develop and maintain clear, compelling product messaging and audience propositions across the paid product portfolio
  • Continuously refine messaging based on performance data, audience insight and testing.
  • Create and manage detailed launch plans, timelines and deliverables.
  • Plan, brief and deliver consideration-level campaigns that build demand and support acquisition.
  • Ensure strong alignment with performance marketing activity to support conversion.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing and Supporter Growth teams to ensure coordinated activity across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Product, Editorial, Brand and Commercial teams to deliver joined-up campaigns.

About you

  • Experience in product marketing, campaign delivery or integrated marketing roles
  • Proven experience delivering go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong skills in developing and applying messaging across different channels
  • Experience working closely with creative, media or performance marketing teams
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confidence working with data to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Experience in subscription or digital consumer products
  • Familiarity with app-based products and marketing
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing, particularly the link between brand and performance

We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.

Guardian News and Media is proud to be a London Living wage employer. The minimum salary for any full-time role within the organisation is £30,000 per annum. Salary ranges are dependent on skills and experience.

You'll have 30 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) with the option to purchase an additional 5 days. Our pension scheme is generous; if you contribute 5% then we will contribute 8-12% (depending on your age).
