Job purpose

As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving the growth and optimization of Astound Digital’s partner marketing programs. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will focus on managing relationships with key partners, executing co-marketing strategies, and aligning internal and external stakeholders to maximize partnership value. The purpose of this role is to enhance Astound Digital’s market presence and achieve revenue targets by leveraging strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.

 

In this role, you’ll get to:

 

  1. Partnership Management
    • Oversee day-to-day management of partner relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Astound Digital executives and key partner executives.
    • Develop, manage, and execute annual partnership plans across relevant regions.
  2. Joint Selling and Co-Marketing
    • Identify and manage joint selling opportunities with partners to drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with partners to design and implement marketing programs that generate pipeline opportunities.
    • Support the development of joint messaging, sales tools, and customer success stories.
  3. Marketing Program Execution
    • Plan and execute co-marketing programs including events, webinars, blog posts, and VIP events.
    • Work with internal teams to create partner marketing assets that align with Astound Digital’s brand and positioning.
    • Drive marketing efforts around product/solutions/accelerators to enhance partner engagement.
  4. Metrics and Analysis
    • Implement and monitor partnership and marketing metrics to measure ROI against partner investments.
    • Track, analyze, and optimize partner performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
    • Support the Chief Marketing Officer in setting and achieving partnership goals aligned with revenue targets.
  5. Brand Consistency
    • Ensure consistent application of the Astound Digital brand across all partner marketing activities.
    • Represent Astound Digital at key partner events, enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation.


Basic qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in partnerships or marketing, with a proven track record in managing relationships and executing marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Content Creation: Experience in content creation is a plus, particularly in developing marketing assets.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Demonstrates a collaborative spirit and is capable of working effectively in a team environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and optimize outcomes.
