About Blank Street

At Blank Street, we believe that rituals matter and that great rituals make your life better. With stores across the US and UK, we are working to transform the high street grab-and-go coffee transaction into an experience that is higher in quality, hospitality, and joy.

Our Values

  • Magic is in the Details: We value attention to detail in everything we do. We're always thinking about the small things that make a moment meaningful.
  • Move as One: We value people who strive to be the best team player, not individual stars.
  • “My Home is your Home” Hospitality: We look for individuals who treat others the same way they'd treat a guest in their home. We care about presentation, hospitality, and having fun even when things are stressful.

What’s Brewing…

As Marketing Manager at Blank Street, you’ll be the driving force behind campaigns that delight, inspire, and resonate with our audience. From seasonal product launches to bold brand moments, you’ll create exceptional consumer campaigns that people talk about, share, and remember.

You’ll own the campaign journey, and you’ll have a hand in shaping how we launch our innovations. What’s the next matcha flavour? You’ll use trends to help the team decide, then turn it into an iconic cultural moment.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to bring your ideas to life and mentor a junior marketer, fostering a culture of creativity and ambition.

This is your chance to create campaigns that set new standards and bring Blank Street’s spark of magic to everyday life. If you’re ready to make an impact, we’d love to have you on the team.

What You’ll Own:

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • You’ll be the creative architect behind our seasonal campaigns, crafting strategies that go beyond business goals, and set new standards for what’s possible. You’ll craft narratives that leave a lasting mark, ensuring Blank Street’s campaigns are impossible to ignore.
    • From concept to launch, you’ll have a direct hand in introducing our most exciting new products to the world. Whether it’s shaping the next must-try matcha flavour or amplifying its story across our audience, you’ll ensure our launches create buzz, drive trial, and become the talk of the high street.
    • You’ll turn consumer insights into gold, creating campaigns that don’t just resonate but inspire action and spark loyalty.
    • Working hand-in-hand with our creative team, you’ll transform your vision into stunning visuals and compelling content that speak directly to the hearts of our Gen Z audience.
    • Collaborating with teams across Blank Street, you’ll be the visionary who ensures everyone is aligned, energised, and excited about what’s in store.
  • Project Delivery:
    • With your direct report by your side, you’ll be the engine behind execution, driving the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across multiple channels.
    • You’ll be confident with budgets - forecasting, tracking, and ensuring every pound is spent where it counts most.
    • Leveraging the full marketing mix, from activations through to digital channels, you’ll optimise campaigns to reach the right people, in the right places, at the right time.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Managing at least one direct report, you’ll be a mentor and motivator, inspiring your team to thrive, grow, and produce their best work.
    • You’ll cultivate a culture of ambition and collaboration, where creativity and high standards are not just encouraged—they’re expected.

 What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ Years of Marketing Experience: You’ve launched campaigns, managed activations, and delivered results that stand out.
  • A Creative Thinker: You know how to turn insights into compelling stories and creative ideas that resonate with Gen Z.
  • A Marketing Generalist: You understand the full marketing mix and can leverage both brand and digital channels -from activations to CRM - to achieve different goals.
  • Trend-Savvy: You’re plugged into the latest trends in social, fashion, food, and culture – and you know how to bring them into your work.
  • Data-Informed and Insight-Driven: You love using data to back up your ideas and can turn insights into actionable plans.
  • A Big Thinker and a Doer: You think outside the box, take initiative, and aren’t afraid to experiment and make things happen.
  • A Natural Leader: You inspire, motivate, and guide teams, keeping everyone aligned and excited.

What We Offer:

  • Exclusive access to our coveted Regulars program – yes, that means free matcha and more! ☕✨
  • Private health and dental insurance
  • Flexible working hours
  • 25 Days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays)
  • A great culture with regular team events
  • Equity package
