As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute high-impact campaigns across music and culture, ensuring alignment and optimizing performance through collaboration and strategic insights.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team at a time of significant strategic ambition. Working as one with teams across the business, to plan, and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns across culture, music, and content, helping fans connect deeper to the artists and creators they love both on and off the platform.
This role requires expertise in creative campaign ideation, end-to-end XFN campaign leadership, live event and content production, multi-channel marketing, and the ability to translate cultural moments and releases into innovative and impactful fan experiences and content.
What You'll Do
- You will plan and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns across music, culture, and content that deepen fan connections with artists and creators
- You will lead the execution of live and experiential activations that connect fans and artists in meaningful, real-world ways
- You will develop strategic marketing plans for key releases, brand campaigns, and cultural moments, including large-scale events and content productions
- You will collaborate across brand, creative, social, communications, media, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life end-to-end
- You will translate cultural insights, audience behavior, and trends into innovative campaign ideas and fan experiences
- You will contribute to broader marketing strategies across music, podcasts, and audiobooks
- You will partner with analytics teams to measure campaign performance and continuously optimize impact and reach
- You will lead cross-functional campaign execution, ensuring alignment, clarity, and high-quality delivery
Who You Are
- You have 6+ years of experience in marketing within a brand, platform, agency, or publisher environment
- You have hands-on experience delivering live events or experiential campaigns, either directly or through agency partners
- You have experience working on music, entertainment, or culture-focused campaigns
- You understand the music industry, cultural trends, and how audiences engage across platforms
- You are experienced in event and content production, either directly or through agency partners
- You know how to lead cross-functional projects and bring people together to deliver shared outcomes
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in collaboration with others
- You are comfortable working in fast-moving environments and navigating ambiguity
- You care about details and stay organized while managing multiple priorities
- You bring creativity and curiosity, and enjoy turning ideas into impactful campaigns
- You take initiative and follow through, even when timelines are tight
Where You'll Be
- This role is based in London
- We offer you the flexibility to work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.
