We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to support the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing activity across the UKI & EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and forward-thinking marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively across multiple teams, and is passionate about bringing creative campaigns to life through strong execution and organisation. 

This is an entry-level management role, ideal for a highly organised and commercially minded marketeer looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic beauty brand. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, eager to learn, and confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously. 

What You’ll Do 

The Regional Marketing Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing activity across the UKI & EMEA regions, aligned to key business priorities, commercial objectives, and launch moments. 

This role is ideal for a marketer who is passionate about beauty, brand-building, and campaign execution, and who is ready to take ownership of projects and cross-functional coordination within a growing regional team. Partnering closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, the Regional Marketing Manager will play an important role in driving brand visibility, supporting commercial objectives, and ensuring best-in-class execution. 

Key Responsibilities 

Regional Marketing 

  • Support the development and execution of 360° regional marketing plans aligned with global brand strategy, commercial objectives, and key product launch priorities. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to localise global campaigns and ensure relevance across regional markets. 
  • Support the development and execution of regional paid media plans across key channels and markets. 
  • Monitor and translate consumer, market, cultural, and competitor insights into actionable marketing recommendations and campaign opportunities. 
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners across the region. 
  • Track and monitor campaign KPIs, launch performance, and media effectiveness against business objectives. 
  • Assist in preparing regular performance updates, launch recaps, and stakeholder presentations for internal and external teams. 
  • Maintain an understanding of key media platforms, digital marketing trends, and core performance metrics. 
  • Support budget management, purchase order processing, and marketing spend tracking across regional activity. 
  • Maintain clear and organised project documentation, trackers, launch calendars, and status reports. 

Campaign & Launch Execution 

  • Ensure alignment between brand priorities, and commercial objectives across all campaign activity. 
  • Support the development and execution of all regional marketing activity e.g events, pop up’s, brand launches, press moments, and consumer activations as required 
  • Manage product orders and event briefs, approvals and timelines, to support in market activity 
  • Update and maintain the regional marketing calendar, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and alignment across markets and stakeholders. 
  • Partner closely with internal creative, commercial, digital, PR, and retailer teams to ensure best-in-class campaign execution across all touchpoints.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion or luxury  
  • Experience working in the EMEA landscape is ideal but not essential  
  • Proven experience delivering campaigns or projects from briefing through to execution  
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously  
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of brand building and performance drivers  
  • Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication and collaboration skills  
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail  
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment  
  • Passion for beauty, fashion and travel, with an understanding of luxury consumer behaviour
