Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end campaign management, social media strategy, paid advertising performance, SEO and product marketing execution. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing to translate high-level strategy into coordinated, high-performing marketing initiatives.

This role requires strong ownership, commercial thinking, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing clarity or momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Own campaign timelines, briefs, deliverables, and performance tracking
  • Ensure alignment across paid, organic, content, email, and product marketing efforts
  • Lead post-campaign analysis and performance reporting
  • Develop and execute ThriveCart’s social media strategy
  • Oversee content planning, scheduling, and engagement
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across platforms
  • Track growth, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Oversee paid media strategy across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage budgets, targeting strategy, testing frameworks, and optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams or external partners on creative and media buying
  • Monitor ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other key performance metrics
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new features and product launches
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Create enablement materials for sales, support, and customer teams
  • Ensure product benefits are clearly communicated across all marketing channels
  • Track KPIs across campaigns, paid media, and product initiatives
  • Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to the Director of Marketing
  • Continuously identify optimization opportunities

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience overseeing paid media budgets and performance
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple channels and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong reporting capabilities
  • Result-oriented mindset

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within SaaS, ecommerce, or digital products
  • Experience in product marketing or go-to-market strategy
  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
