Marketing Program/Project Manager in EMEABlue Yonder is looking for a dynamic and strategically minded Product Marketing Program/Project Manager in EMEA to help manage large-scale creative and digital projects both in EMEA and for our global team. This role involves managing creative marketing projects from inception to completion across multiple geographical regions, as well as developing internal processes, championing cross-collaboration among departments and training new associates in and maintaining our Project Management tool.Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal marketing leaders on large-scale projects, including but not limited to: the annual sales kick off event; the largest global event, ICON; the Connect Event series; Playbook templatisations.
  • Review analytics from our project management tool to project and identify upcoming bottlenecks and strategise accordingly.
  • Resource Management - Coordinate and assign marketing various projects based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements to ensure timely and successful completion of marketing initiatives.
  • Effectively schedule, prioritise, and track status of each project to keep the team on track to meet multiple pressing and often simultaneous deadlines.
  • Lead kick off calls with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, understanding of project scope and alignment across various departments.
  • Provide proficient consultation on marketing campaigns, offering best practices and tailored recommendations to teams.
  • Manage 1-2 direct reports within the Project Management function.
  • Provide regular reporting and management of workflows through different departments.
  • Demonstrate urgency, commitment to quality and display a high level of personal accountability for all deliverables, communications, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with project management global team.
  • Maintain and champion the Blue Yonder brand in the region for adherence and visibility.

Work Experience

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record of driving traditional marketing, or agency, and digital large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on experience of using a project management tool or a work management platform.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in Advertising, Design, and/or Marketing departments preferred.
  • Experience working in Wrike preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Marketing Tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Drift, etc.)

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a range of personalities and establish effective relationships across corporate regional and global teams.
  • Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multi-task, negotiate, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment working with multiple stakeholders with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate with regional and corporate teams to develop and implement best practices to improve business outcome.
  • Be a proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic, who understands the details within a larger context.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate/interact effectively both verbally and written.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing or related field.
  • PMP or an equivalent certification a plus.
