What you will do:
• Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy
• Guide others to deconstruct and extract the strategy from a well-written marketing plan
• Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors
• Share marketing intelligence and information with team
• Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing
• Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity
• Demonstrate financial acumen
• Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business
• Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools
• Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures
• Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development
• Hold team accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
• Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of work experience required
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
• MBA preferred
• 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
• 2+ years of people management experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Travel Percentage: 50%
