Marketing Manager (Lockers) – 12-month FTC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Demand Generation Manager driving key marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an immediate impact.

This is a hybrid role (2 days/week in Stratford, London office and 3 days working from home).

Your role in our future

  • Strategic Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and increase brand visibility for our Locker solutions.

  • Demand Generation: Grow the marketing and sales funnel through execution of demand gen strategies creating and qualifying leads through multiple lead-generation initiatives including SEO, PPC, paid media, email marketing, events and content creation.

  • Content Development: Collaborate with the local teams to write, edit, and produce engaging content for various channels, including website content, emails, and social media to engage and attract target audiences.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign data to derive actionable insights, optimize marketing efforts, and provide strategic recommendations for future initiatives.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Demand Generation Manager UKI to assist with the creation and delivery of the Marketing Plan and results.

  • Ensure close collaboration and teamwork across the entire Marketing team to deliver departmental objectives.

  • Market Intelligence: Ensure an ongoing knowledge of market staying up to date with market trends and competitor activity.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing for a technology company

  • Demonstrable B2B marketing experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • A results-driven marketer with a strong track record of managing end-to-end campaign execution and delivering results.

  • Knowledge and experience with modern demand generation and integrated marketing, knowing when to deploy each type of activity for maximum effectiveness.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, problem solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating compelling content across various formats.

  • A collaborative team player with experience working across departments to achieve shared goals.
