American Express Global Business Travel Global Customer Marketing is seeking an excellent marketing talent to join its team and support its digital transformation. This position presents an outstanding growth opportunity for a marketing manager that thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility and changing environment.This role will develop and deliver innovative and impactful lifecycle marketing programs that accelerate and drive customer engagement and retention globally in line with business targets.  

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Support lifecycle customer marketing goals and strategy by implementing the team roadmap and activities. 

  • Flawlessly coordinate delivery of customer email automated programs from end to end: briefing, content creation/gathering, resizing, reviews, approval coordination, deployment, within a specific timeline & budget. 

  • Efficiently collaborate and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders such as marketing, Salesforce, business intelligence, analytics, product & commercial teams to deliver your campaigns. 

  • Share content putting yourself in the customer's shoes to understand their needs and desires. 

  • Ensure all activities meet brand guidelines and legal & data protection requirements. 

  • Report on campaign performance using email and online performance metrics. Use results to optimize your programs. Share progress updates and key milestones with business partners. 

  • Support change management within the organization to effectively drive adoption of new campaigns and processes. 

What we need from you:

  • You have extensive experience in customer marketing campaigns, email automation and project management in a B2B environment, for a SaaS or enterprise software company. 

  • You have strong organizational skills and are used to managing several projects and stakeholders at the same time with tight deadlines. 

  • You are curious, open to receiving feedback and have a constant desire to learn more.  

  • You possess an ability to adapt quickly to change.    

  • You have a proven track record of working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence and ease. 

  • Excellent communicator, you know how to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. 

  • You have a love of data and digging into the story behind it.  

  • You’re fluent in English (native) with exceptional written, verbal, and communication skills.   

  • You inspire others with a positive attitude and empathy toward the needs of customers and colleagues. 

  • You have cross-team collaboration skills with a desire to have fun while doing your best work! 

Candidates are to be within a commutable range of our London office as this is a hybrid role.
