We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Growth Markets to join our International Marketing team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new leads in select non-English language markets, nurturing them through to conversion, and upselling/retaining them.  

We need a multichannel marketing manager who can evaluate budget and channel performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity and address areas of concern to deliver against ambitious growth targets. This is a new role and requires an energetic, creative person with experience driving growth through marketing campaigns across non-English markets. You will heavily utilise proprietary, cutting-edge, AI-based technology to transform the creation and management of marketing campaigns, and be critically involved in further developing those tools.  

You'll join a close-knit, collaborative team and have the opportunity to revolutionise marketing operations within the business. You'll need to attend the London office once a week for in-person collaboration, but our flexible working policy allows you to choose your preferred work location for the remainder of the week. However, you must be a UK resident to be eligible for this role.

What you will do

  • Identify market-specific opportunities across marketing channels (social, influencers, PR, SEO, YouTube) that drive profitable channel growth within markets.

  • Own the marketing calendar and campaign planning/delivery across each local market.

  • Build and manage local market marketing campaigns utilising proprietary cutting-edge AI-based tooling and contribute to the ongoing development of the tooling.

  • Conceive, design and deliver a testing roadmap across your marketing channels / markets.

  • Ensure tactics across channels reflect local market knowledge and localized best practices.

  • Manage marketing budgets and adjust marketing mix to maximize value, identifying areas of profitable opportunity and developing business cases to actively develop and gain approval for additional investment.

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree.

  • 5-8 years’ experience directly managing digital marketing, including extensive experience in influencer marketing, PR, social, YouTube, and CRM including experience of in-house and agency delivery.

  • 2+ years’ experience managing localized non-English language marketing campaigns in European markets, including launching marketing for brands and sites in new geographies.

  • Familiarity with MarTech tooling, and an interest in how AI can impact marketing operations. Experience with Smartly or similar a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills: must be able to synthesize information from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions.

  • Strong working knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualisation platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau.

Desirable but not essential

  • Fluency in one non-English language and ideally : Polish, Dutch, Italian or Spanish
