Role Purpose
We’re looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to help deliver on our marketing strategy, helping drive and report on lead generation, and revenue impact through a wide array of agency marketing activities. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working closely with sales teams, designers, comms and loves building and reporting on high-performing marketing campaigns.
What you’ll be doing
Owning and delivering a content strategy for Merkle UK&I including awards, case studies, social media and thought leadership
Developing and executing B2B marketing and demand generation strategies
Driving lead generation across digital, content, email, paid media, events, and webinars – a big emphasis on events (working with the team)
Managing the full funnel from awareness to qualified leads and opportunities
Working closely with sales team to create sales collateral based on targeting, messaging, and service
Tracking performance, ROI, and continuously improving how we market ourselves for growth
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a B2B marketing role – Senior Exec or Marketing Manager
Experience in media/digital/creative agency industry
Experience in the UK agency awards scene – knowledge of calendar and what it takes to win
Knowledge and understanding of lead and demand generation
Marketing automation and CRM experience (Salesforce, Splash, Stripo, Adobe, LinkedIn)
Excellent digital marketing and campaign management skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
Commercial mindset with strong analytical ability and a creative flair
Great project management skills and ability to report against KPIs
