What you'll do

 

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be developing and delivering AUM focused marketing strategies and briefs that support the priorities of the business segment and deliver desired outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the overall planning process across the Marketing team, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Marketing function and wider marketing teams.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

 

  • Delivering against the brief, at all stages of the campaign
  • Distributing and signing off all campaigns
  • Managing and tracking marketing campaign budgets, making sure targets are reached and spend is tracked accurately
  • Leveraging our strategic partnerships to make sure that our activity such as brief development, marketing planning and delivery management, reflects leading thinking and best practices

 

The skills you'll need

 

You’ll bring fresh thinking and creativity to your work, paired with knowledge of marketing strategies, models and practices.

 

Along with this, you’ll need:

 

  • Marketing planning and delivery experience specifically relating to AUM growth
  • Deep understanding of different asset classes ranging from discretionary multi asset class portfolios, specialist deposit products and advisory solutions for the HNW/UHNW target segment
  • Broad market knowledge of the competitor landscape, who we should benchmark to and identify best practice
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Networking and influencing skills
