At Lamb Weston, we believe great food brings people together. As one of the world’s leading suppliers of frozen potato products, we work with customers across the foodservice industry to create solutions that make menus more exciting, businesses more successful and every meal a little better.

This is temporary assignment for 11 months; starting October 1st.

We’re looking for a Foodservice Marketing Manager UK & Ireland to take the lead in turning our marketing strategy into commercial impact. This is a highly visible role at the heart of our UK&I Foodservice business, connecting Marketing, Sales, Innovation and our customers to build brands, accelerate growth and win in the market.

If you’re a strategic marketer who also loves getting things done, this could be your next challenge.

What will you do?

As Foodservice Marketing Manager UK&I, you will own the local Foodservice marketing and trade marketing agenda, translating EMEA strategy into compelling, market-relevant plans and activations.

You will:

  • Own the UK&I Foodservice marketing strategy, connecting EMEA Marketing & Innovation priorities with local customer and market needs.
  • Drive brand and business growth through impactful campaigns, activations and communication plans.
  • Develop compelling customer propositions and selling stories for new product launches, concepts and key portfolio initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Sales to fuel Route-to-Market plans and turn marketing strategy into commercial opportunities.
  • Translate global and regional launch strategies into relevant, engaging UK&I campaigns and messaging.
  • Bring customer, consumer and market insights back into the EMEA Marketing & Innovation team to shape future strategy, innovation and portfolio decisions.
  • Lead key strategic marketing projects across UK&I, working with Sales, Innovation and EMEA stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop a Foodservice Trade Marketeer, building strong marketing and commercial capabilities within the team.
  • Lead external agencies and partners, ensuring high-quality delivery against clear briefs, timelines and objectives.
  • Develop the annual marketing operating plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.
  • Measure the ROI and effectiveness of campaigns and activations, using insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Share best practices across the wider organization and contribute to a stronger, more professional marketing community.
What will make you successful?

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded marketer who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution. Someone who can influence senior stakeholders, challenge the status quo and turn ideas into results.

You bring:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • 8–10+ years of marketing or marketing communications experience, ideally within Foodservice, FMCG or another fast-moving consumer environment.
  • Strong experience developing marketing strategies, concepts, campaigns and communication materials in an A-brand environment.
  • A strong understanding of the Foodservice channel; Retail experience is a plus.
  • A proven track record in project management and delivering complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing, developing and motivating people and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect marketing activities to business growth and customer value.
  • The ability to build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Innovation and other functions in an international matrix organization.
  • Experience professionalizing marketing through processes, tools, metrics and ways of working.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to lead change and challenge the status quo.
  • Fluent English. Additional relevant European languages are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly within the UK and Europe.

This is an opportunity to join a growing, international organization where marketing has a real seat at the table. You’ll have the freedom to shape the UK&I Foodservice agenda, work with talented teams across Europe and directly influence how our brands and products win with customers.

You won’t just develop marketing plans. You’ll turn them into action, bring people with you and see the impact in the market.

If you’re ready to take ownership, challenge the conventional and help shape the future of Foodservice in the UK & Ireland, we’d love to hear from you.
