A self-motivated EMEA Marketing Manager required to lead and execute regional marketing strategy and initiatives across our EMEA portfolio. This role requires a strong strategic thinker with excellent execution experience and one who thrives in a hyper growth environment.  Looking for a candidate that will deliver all the integrated marketing disciplines particularly ones that supports our brand presence, cross functional team communications, community engagement and event management.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement the EMEA regional marketing plan aligned with the marketing core objectives
  • Execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, and field marketing
  • Partner closely with local teams to support local marketing initiatives
  • Manage regional marketing budgets
  • Detailed reporting and tracking

Brand & Communications

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all regional activities
  • Lead regional PR efforts, media engagement, and thought leadership initiatives whilst rolling into the corporate marketing team plan
  • Develop localized content that resonates with EMEA audiences

Events & Field Marketing

  • Plan and execute industry, customer and internal large summits
  • Represent the company at key industry events across EMEA

Community Engagement & Stakeholder Relations (Bonus Experience)

  • Support community engagement programs in key markets
  • Partner with local stakeholders, educational institutions, and industry groups
  • Contribute to CSR and sustainability storytelling initiatives

Market Intelligence & Performance

  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance data
  • Provide regular reporting to direct report

Candidate Profile

  • 5–8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within data centers, digital infrastructure, cloud, or B2B technology. Whilst other industries considered
  • Strong knowledge of regional marketing disciplines including:
    • Field marketing
    • Digital marketing
    • Content marketing
    • PR & communications
    • Event marketing
    • Account-based marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight
  • A highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel across EMEA (30–40%)
  • Experience in community engagement or public affairs is a strong advantage (Bonus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
