The position as Marketing Manager Bakery & Meals is now available for someone who wants to join a fun and ambitious team working to make a difference. We are looking for someone with hunger not only for snacking but with a growth mindset for business as well as individually.
You drive category strategy, future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities. Leading the brand team and working with cross-functional and regional teams to implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.
How you will contribute
You will unlock future-proof brand growth by developing and deploying marketing strategies grounded in deep consumer insight, data-driven decision making, and digital integration. The Marketing Manager Bakery & Meals will lead the brand team and the brand community to define and implement portfolio strategies, brand architecture, and brand-led innovation. This includes identifying white space opportunities, supporting category expansion, and creating compelling integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
The role is responsible for driving brand excellence through both strategic and operational leadership. This includes leading local adaptation of global visual identity guidelines, overseeing creative agency collaboration, digital and media deployment to ensure effective activation across the consumer journey.
The role collaborates closely with peers across Finland, Norway and Denmark, as well as with global category, insights, and innovation teams and sales team.
Success in the role will be measured by brand growth and consumer engagement.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experiences• A proven track record leading marketing teams within branded consumer goods, with experience in both long-term brand strategy and in-market execution.• Demonstrated ability to lead the development of brand architecture, portfolio strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets.• Data driven and Analytical.• Experience in brand-led product innovation, with a focus on consumer relevance and commercial impact (not R&D-led).• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across insights, sales, media, and digital functions in a matrixed global organization.• Solid understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce brand building, including digital media and partner management.
What you need to know about this position:
Educational Background
A university degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Proven strategic marketing capabilities, leadership experience, and ability to deliver brand and business outcomes will be key.

Limited 2-4 times/year
Language
Full professional fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken) is required.
Work schedule
Fulltime based in Upplands Väsby office
Preferred Experience (not a requirement)
Familiarity with the Nordic market context and local consumer dynamics, particularly in Sweden.
Exposure to fast-moving categories such as chocolate, dairy, or snacks is considered an advantage.
