Our Audit practice is entering an ambitious phase of growth, with a focus on the FTSE 350 market, as well as maintaining our success in the mid-market. We intend to build a brand in the market synonymous with quality and excellent client service, bolstering the strength of our Firm wide brand. To support this exciting ambition, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Audit Marketing Manager.  
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the long term growth ambitions of our Audit practice in both the public interest entity (PIE) and private capital (PC) markets .

A look into the role  

As a Marketing Manager within our audit marketing team you will:   

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to support growth in both the PIE and Private Capital markets for the audit business and ensuring it links in with other areas of our audit business (eg financial services, pensions, entrepreneurial services) 

  • Collaborate with the audit leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and client acquisition targets, ensuring we meet regulatory requirements around our efforts 

  • Build a strong brand positioning for the audit practice across all markets aligning closely to the Firm’s brand. Ensure this is reflected across all go to market channels (web, social, internal etc) 

  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to create thought leadership content, industry insights and events to position the firm as a leader in the market, ensuring a constant drumbeat in the market. 

  • Support the business on its confidence in the use of digital and social channels in building personal brand, and brand for the audit practice 

   

Knowing you’re right for us

In changing markets, we need to be able to work at pace and be adaptable to change and to be curious, asking questions of ourselves, each other and our clients to ensure we are delivering the services and quality we expect.   

Joining us as a manager the minimum criteria you’ll need is to have experience of working in a marketing management role, ideally within a B2B capacity. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.  

  • An understanding of the audit industry or professional services would be beneficial, along with a proven track record of successful marketing in a similar context 

  • An understanding of the regulatory backdrop of the audit industry  

  • Demonstrable experience of collaborating and internally to deliver a strategic marketing plan 

  • Experience of supporting senior stakeholders against an ambitious growth agenda
