Who we are, what we do and why:

Dext is a fast-growing fintech transforming bookkeeping through AI and machine learning. Founded in London, we now operate across Europe, North America, and APAC, with a presence in six countries and over 400 employees worldwide. Our platform empowers accountants, bookkeepers, and businesses to simplify accounting processes and make smarter, more timely financial decisions.

In 2024, Dext joined the IRIS Software Group, further strengthening our ability to deliver end-to-end accountancy solutions. We’ve achieved 99.5% data accuracy, saved over 35 million hours of manual data entry, and are trusted by 12,000 firms and 700,000 businesses globally. With integrations across major accounting software and over 11,500 financial sources, we’re proud to be at the forefront of innovation in the accounting space.

The role, what you’ll do:

We recently launched a new business unit targeting a completely different audience. Reporting to the Head of API Sales and our VP of Product Marketing, we’re looking for a driven and strategic Marketing Manager ready to drive growth by building and executing data-led marketing initiatives across brand, content, website and SEM to accelerate demand, deepen engagement, and support revenue expansion.

This person will own full ownership and build from scratch all the marketing and support sales enablement initiatives: from refining the product market fit, creating the brand, to defining the market strategy and execution with the support of our global marketing team and the API sales team.

The day-to-day:

  • Own the execution of marketing initiatives for the API Team, from content creation to landing pages, campaigns, and research hands-on, not just strategy.
  • Build and refine brand positioning and messaging frameworks for both business and technical audiences.
  • Define who the product is for and why it matters, translate features into customer-focused value, develop the core narrative, value propositions, and proof points.
  • Lead website and funnel efforts: structure pages, brief dev/design, review UX, and create landing pages for campaigns and SEO.
  • Run SEM and demand-capture experiments, defining paid search strategy and iterating quickly based on results.
  • Produce high-value content: one-pagers, client stories, use-cases, pitch decks, LinkedIn posts, and assets reusable across Sales and Product.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing: manage clean account data, create tailored email sequences, downloadable resources, and nurture flows; collaborate with Sales to refine MQL definitions.
  • Organise webinars and thought-leadership opportunities: coordinate with internal leaders, manage logistics, narrative, and promotion.

Goals & Objectives or Success Metrics:

  • Drive targeted account engagement and support revenue growth.
  • Produce high-value, reusable content that drives awareness.
  • Improve conversion and engagement through optimised website and landing pages.
About you, what we are looking for:

We’re looking for a strong Marketing Manager with hands-on execution experience across content, website, strong analytical capability, and looking to join a fast-moving fintech environment.

  • Strong background in marketing technical products (ideally API-based or developer-focused) with experience supporting long, high-value B2B sales cycles and running account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on operator: executes personally and comfortable self-directing and building processes from scratch.
  • Understands cross-functional dynamics between Product, Technical, and Sales teams, turning that knowledge into actionable marketing work.
  • Solution-oriented mindset: likes to experiment with new ideas and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content for multiple audiences.
What you’ll be part of,  our values and culture:

We are a fast-paced, ambitious FinTech organisation. Despite our scale, we maintain the agility of a start-up. Our values guide everything we do:

  • Be Brave – Everyone has a voice and the opportunity to challenge the status quo.
  • Be Exceptional – We strive for excellence in everything we do.
  • Be Together – We succeed as a team, and individual success is inseparable from team success.
What we offer,  the perks:
  • A competitive salary.
  • Flexible working.
  • 25 days off plus bank holidays, volunteering days, summer hours and a day off the week of your birthday.
  • Employer-paid private medical insurance and health cash plan.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Payroll giving.
  • Income protection.
  • Mental health support through Help@Hand.
Diversity & Inclusion at Dext:

At Dext, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and success. We are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone, regardless of background, identity, or experience, feels valued and empowered to thrive. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates and actively encourage those from underrepresented groups to apply. If you need any accommodations during the hiring process, please let us know.
