Magnite is looking for an experienced candidate to plan and implement Magnite's marketing activities across Europe, with a global lens that collaborates with our JAPAC and Americas teams. For this role, we are looking for an all-rounder who is confident in owning and driving initiatives in partnership with our in-market sales teams. You will work across various activities, including content, sales enablement, events and much more.
In this role you will:

  • Work across a range of marketing channels as they relate to continental Europe, including, but not limited to:
    • Branding: Leveraging a range of tactics (paid and non-paid) to raise brand awareness for Magnite across the industry and further develop the corporate company narrative
    • Event Management: Managing the logistics, programming and execution of a few local flagship events (digital and in-person) together with trade sponsorships and free speaking engagements
    • Content Marketing: Leverage storytelling to build out content that fuels business objectives on a pan-regional and local level. Working on anything from video scripts to case studies and articles
    • Sales Enablement: Working closely with all internal stakeholders and local sales teams to develop and deliver relevant sales collateral including sales decks, event decks, one sheeters and Q&A's
    • Digital Marketing: Using marketing automation tools such as Marketo to drive digital marketing communications across the region including local newsletters, event invitations, legal comms, product-focused updates and other ad hoc email communication as needed
    • Partner Marketing: Developing ad hoc partner marketing activities with carefully selected key customers, including but not limited to, event opportunities, virtual webinars, case studies and Q&A sessions
    • Trade Bodies: Manage the relationship and ensure Magnite supports and features in all relevant activities
  • Assess existing global marketing assets and work to efficiently implement locally to support regional business objectives whilst laddering up to the corporate mission
  • Support the marketing strategy for the company vision, product launches, and other external brand activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product, global marketing team and local customers to develop marketing tactics and outputs relevant to our top markets including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Nordics.
  • Analyse results and oversee ROI to ensure that learning is integrated into current and future strategies
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered promptly and within budget, processing all invoices and vendor contracts relating to marketing projects
  • Work closely with the Corporate Communications team to translate the Magnite story into external communications opportunities for the continental European markets including press releases, awards, stakeholder interviews, bylines and more
  • Work closely with the Global Research team to ensure the International markets and business opportunities are fully represented within all projects


We're looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 6 years experience in Adtech, B2B technology or Media industry marketing experience preferred
  • Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns using multiple channels across the marketing mix
  • The ability to demonstrate creativity in ideating, producing and executing campaigns that engage, inform and inspire our audiences across various platforms (e.g. blogs, video, research, etc.)
  • Experience with end-to-end event projects and stakeholder management, with autonomy to run independent assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an aptitude for storytelling that enhances presentations internally and externally
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong eye for detail and organisation
  • A client facing and overall customer-oriented approach to business
  • Strong knowledge of G Suite, MS Office and marketing tools, ideally Canva, Marketo and Salesforce
  • The willingness to travel, primarily within EMEA
