Join us as a Marketing Manager

  • Join us as a Marketing Manager working within our Mandatory Marketing Communications team
  • You’ll be leading the development of customer marketing and communications and supporting marketing strategy activities for Wealth and Retail banking
  • Joining a collaborative and influential team who operate in a fast moving environment, you can expect lots of variety and great visibility for you and your work
  • For this hybrid role you'll mainly work from home and come into the office twice per week
  • We’re offering this role on a temporary basis until 13th March 2026

What you'll do

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be developing and delivering marketing strategies and briefs that support the priorities of our business. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the overall planning process across the Marketing team, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Marketing function and wider marketing teams.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Delivering marketing campaign activity through email and direct mail channels to meet regulatory requirements and Bank standards
  • Supporting with the delivery of briefs at all stages of the campaign
  • Approving content to make sure it complies with our creative strategy and principles
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the Marketing function and wider Marketing team, contributing to discussions and acting as a trusted advisor

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a successful background in marketing campaign delivery, as well as strong budget management experience. You’ll bring fresh thinking and creativity to your work, paired with knowledge of marketing strategies, models and practices, gained from working in a financial services or regulated background.

Along with this, you’ll need:

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Networking and influencing skills
