Job Description

Become part of the team

This is a 12-month Fixed-term Contract opportunity (with a scope to go permanent) for an experienced and senior marketing manager to lead our priority firmwide campaign on AI and Digital Transformation.

You will shape our campaign strategy around one of our firmwide marketing priorities. You’ll take ownership of the campaign strategy and hands-on delivery of the plan, working with specialists in PR, thought leadership, digital and our in-house creative design agency.

We are looking for a curious and resilient team player with strong commercial acumen and a passion for achieving outstanding results in a purpose driven, professional services environment. You can bring strong influencing skills and have a proven track record of working within complex stakeholder networks, having demonstrated the ability to bring people along with you.

You will have a chance to join a team who create and deliver award-winning campaigns, that grow the brand, build client relationships, and drive revenue-growth.

Responsibilities include

  • Strategy and planning – shape and deliver an integrated campaign strategy and plan with defined goals and KPIs.
  • Campaign management – manage delivery of a large, complex firmwide campaign that integrates events, content, and earned, owned and paid media promotion.
  • Market insight – understand the themes shaping the global agenda for consulting clients and work with subject-matter experts and senior stakeholders to create compelling insights.
  • Brand management – ensure that all marketing activities promote and develop the PA brand, proactively acting as ambassador for PA’s purpose and brand. 
  • Marketing operational management – maintain accurate and timely budgeting and KPI reporting at sector, geographic and global marketing levels.
  • Client relationship management – capture and track client contact information and grow the contact database. Build and deliver specific account activity and issue led programmes.
  • Global marketing - participation and leadership of wider marketing initiatives as required and from time to time. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services. 
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in a global, and at times, high pressure, complex environment.
  • A sound knowledge of, and deep interest in, AI, data and digital transformation themes.
  • An all-round, generalist marketer equally comfortable with high level planning of marketing campaigns, as well as hands-on delivery.
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Team-player able to successfully build strong working relationships across all levels of the business. 
  • Positive attitude, appetite to learn and focus on strong teamwork. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication. 
  • Ability to work independently and proactively engage with key stakeholders on progress and objectives.
