WHAT DOES A MARKETING INTERN DO AT CAPRI-SUN?

As our Marketing Intern – Brand Activation, you will support in the admin and development of the brand. You will be part of the UK Marketing Team and will be working alongside the local &  global marketing team. You’ll be based partially on-site (London, UK) and partially at home.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the marketing team with the execution of brand plans for the UK, including playing a key part in:

    • Supporting the delivery of new product development and packaging design

    • Communications materials (ATL, BTL, PR, Digital) in alignment with the Junior Brand Manager & Brand Manager UK

    • Update printed materials, websites, and digital content

  • Organize & attend shows and conferences

  • Support the development of point-of-sale (POS) materials

  • Monitor brand, campaign, and competitor performance

  • Assist with PO management to manage and coordinate budgets

  • Be the voice of the brand through managing our consumer care channels

YOUR PROFILE
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business Studies or Marketing / Just finished your degree

  • Ideally, you have completed a previous internship/placement year

  • Strong passion for brands & creative thinker

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated "can do" attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • You enjoy working in a fast changing environment, are a team player with a positive mind-set

Interview process:

  • Stage 1 - 30 minutes via MS Teams

  • Stage 2 - 45 to 60 minutes in-person in our London office. This stage will include presenting back on a short task
