Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven marketing professional to lead and execute our marketing initiatives in the consumer electronics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing impactful marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and business growth, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proven team management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand awareness and strengthen brand consideration in the market.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and brand activities to support business growth and commercial success.
  • Coordinate and integrate internal and external resources in alignment with the company’s global marketing strategy.
  • Lead the execution of localized marketing plans based on the DE business strategy, while monitoring and evaluating campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and market insights to continuously optimize marketing initiatives and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, PR, and HQ teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
  • Manage and mentor the local marketing team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in the consumer electronics industry, preferably within the DE market.
  • Proven experience in team management and leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong brand-building and integrated marketing communication capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and German is preferred.
