About Hook

We’re building the future of customer growth. At Hook, we use AI and Machine Learning to help businesses predict revenue with accuracy, drive customer loyalty, and capture massive value from their existing customers.

We’re a Series A company who ranked 33 out of 100 on the Sifted fastest growing startups and we have raised $multi-million in funding from some of the top investors in Europe and the US (e.g. Balderton Capital and Lightspeed) and have an enviable list of customers that we’re working with including some of the fastest growing companies in the world. We’re looking for ambitious people that want to be part of our meaningful vision of changing how businesses engage with their customers, and of building one of the world’s leading workplaces for great people along the way.

You’ll work closely with our VP, Customer Growth, across a wide range of marketing initiatives from SEO to paid media, demand generation to events. This is a high impact, hands-on role where you’ll help us scale our marketing engine and put smart processes in place to make us more effective and efficient. We want someone who’s excited to figure things out, test new ideas, and get better every week. As a start up, you should be ready to jump into a lot of different things, sometimes outside the traditional marketing playbook, but that’s part of what makes this role exciting and full of opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

📈 Data deep-dives: Own the numbers. Dive into campaign data, web analytics, and customer journeys to surface trends, identify drop-offs, and uncover growth opportunities.

🔍 SEO & content: Analyse what people are searching for, where we show up, and where we can do better and feed that into our overall content strategy.

📊 Paid marketing: Support ad campaigns across search and social track performance and find ways to improve ROI.

🔁 Build better processes: From campaign tracking to data hygiene to reporting dashboards, help us build the foundations for scalable, repeatable marketing.
🎯 Demand gen & events: Help plan and execute initiatives that generate pipeline from email flows to in-person events.
🧪 Test and learn: Try new things. Measure them. Learn fast. Move on or double down.

About You
  • You’re data-savvy, confident diving into spreadsheets, dashboards, or search reports and spotting trends.

  • You’re operationally minded,  you like putting structure around chaos and figuring out better ways to do things.

  • You’re customer obsessed, curious about what makes people tick and motivated to turn insight into action.

  • You’re hands-on and proactive, happy to get into the weeds and learn by doing.

  • You’re ambitious and open-minded, keen to grow quickly, take on responsibility, and shape your role as the company evolves.
