Job Description

We work together. Your team and the people you will work with…

UW is a bit different.. We don't acquire our customers directly. Instead, we have over 70,000 Partners around the country who recommend our services to their friends, families and people they know. The Partner network are your customers - you'll get to know them and what makes them tick!

This role will work in the Partner Marketing team, reporting to a Marketing Manager and will focus on delivering impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive commercial growth (in line with key business objectives) by inspiring and enabling our Partners to gather customers or recruit and build a team of Partners.

We deliver progress. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact.

As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring the team can execute the Partner Marketing plan. We have some big projects in 2026 for you to get stuck into:

    • Rebrand - we're relaunching our UW brand and we need to deliver that within the Partner network
    • Power-Up and Ignite - our 2 mega events in 2026.
    • Partner 2.0 - We're evolving our Partner model and opportunity to be even bigger and better
    • Personalisation & Data - Help us evolve how we personalise our marketing campaigns and deliver data-drive activity.

Day to day, what this means in role :

    • Coordinate the day-to-day elements of marketing campaign management and execution: briefing, managing creative development and delivering across channels and managing stakeholders to ensure all marketing activity is delivered on time.
    • Manage the development of creative assets based on target audience, market and data insights and campaign objectives.
    • Planning and implementing weekly email campaigns from creative brief to execution.
    • Building of campaign assets including email and portal content.
    • Reporting on weekly email campaigns and analysis of any trends and/or actionable insights.
    • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of marketing campaigns and processes.
    • Management of internal stakeholders relationships to meet deadlines and deliver high quality work.
    • Other responsibilities include producing regular update reports, use of Asana to manage processes and briefing, contribution to team or wider meetings.

    Qualifications

We put people first. It’s all about you..

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who’ll develop a passionate understanding of our customers, Partners and business. Then use their marketing skills and relentless energy to drive engagement and growth within our Partner Network. Here's the key skills and experience we're looking for you to bring:

    • You’re switched on and love to learn. Maybe you have a Marketing degree and you're looking to get your foot on the ladder or you have some experience and want to step into a FTSE 250 business
    • Ideally, you'll have a track record of deploying successful marketing campaigns to existing customers with some experience implementing integrated marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, letter, outbound calls and social.
    • Ability to use marketing tools such as Email building (Knak) and Content Management systems (Contentful). We also use a Project Management tool extensively (Asana)
    • You have high attention to detail with a great eye for copy and design, plus the ability to give clear feedback to copywriters and designers.
    • You are highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced marketing environment and balance multiple priorities at once.
    • You can understand our Partner network and act as a champion for their needs, views and experience.
    • You are happy to roll your selves up and get stuck in to whatever comes your way
    • And like all UW people, you’re motivated and ambitious, both for yourself and the business you work for.
