Opus 2 Marketing is a team 10+ strong with specialists covering product marketing, design, content creation, customer loyalty and go-to-market teams for our three primary solution areas – Opus 2 Cases, Opus 2 Hearings and Opus 2 Arbitral Institutions. The team is aligned with business growth and revenue objectives.

Job overview

The Marketing Executive, Opus 2 Hearings, will be responsible for project planning and execution of conference sponsorships, email campaigns, social media activity under the supervision and guidance of the Marketing Director – Hearings. You will work closely with other stakeholders in the marketing, sales, product, and client success teams to drive revenue and achieve our goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Event management and co-ordination support for selected Arbitration Weeks and Arbitral institutions events, such as conferences and dinners.
  • Manage event sponsorship implementation for the APAC team, mainly execution around Hong Kong arbitration week and Singapore convention week. Including managing social media posts for the conferences, coordinated BD attendance and event follow-up.
  • Event management and co-ordination of Opus 2 Chambers Lex Marketing activity.
  • Be responsible for event attendance list cleaning and tracking in Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring that the BD team always follows the correct process to measure results of conference attendance.
  • Support events and conferences by executing the contract review process and supplier invoice payments with the finance team.
  • Support on the ordering and distribution of promotional items.
  • Manage event registrations for Opus 2-led events.
  • Manage and support deliveries for events such as promotional items and pull-up banners.

Requirements

What we're looking for in you

  • One year’s experience in marketing admin or office admin support is desirable.
  • High attention to detail and professional communication.
  • Initiative and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to take projects and tasks to completion.
  • Some experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms, with a willingness to learn and get involved in marketing delivery.
