About the role
As a Marketing Executive you will have an important role in providing support to the marketing and new business
development team. You will be required to immerse yourself in the Online/Digital media world, learning quickly and honing your skills and knowledge of the industry.
Your role will be crucial in
assisting the
marketing and new business development team
to help grow the online visibility and credibility of the Greenpark brand to attract new potential clients and candidates. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan, create and roll out regular content in line with the annual marketing strategy for social media, website, and media channels.
The Marketing team works very closely with the New Business team, supporting them with content for their lead generation activities and manages the marketing automation to help attract and nurture prospects which you’d contribute to.
Greenpark already has a strong digital presence with 21K LinkedIn followers and 2M+ media reach in the last 12 months, you will be responsible for growing our social presence in new channels such as Instagram and TikTok, as well as contributing to existing activities.
You will also work with Head of Marketing on other agency marketing activities that happen throughout the year such as award submissions, case studies, and events.
What you’ll do
- Monthly social media content planning, working closely with Head of Marketing and supported by the social media department
- Scheduling/publishing posts and community management for socials
- Monitor and analyse performance of social content, creating regular reports on what’s working well and what’s not to improve performance
- Create insightful and engaging content about the leaders, heads, and fellow Greenparkers
- Work alongside the people teams to build out our employer brand by promoting our people, culture, and what it’s like working at Greenpark
- Set up and run email campaigns to support lead generation activities – including audience development, marketing automation and reporting, working closely with New Business Director
- Support award submissions and case study creation by communicating and collaborating with relevant
team members
- Event management support our owned and third party events

About you
- You’re a natural content crafter – sharp with words, tuned into trends, and always thinking about what cuts through.
- Social-first and platform-savvy – you know your way around
Instagram and TikTok.
- Organised, proactive and on it – you keep projects moving and stick to deadlines.
- A team player who’s not afraid to speak up, share ideas, or chase things down to make things happen.
- Energised by agency life – fast-paced, idea-led, and full of variety.
- Comfortable with design and video editing tool – or quick to learn if not.
- You communicate clearly – whether writing a post, sending an email, or updating a team.
