 Your mission

Acquire and engage more brokers through increased brand awareness and engagement, which will ultimately generate growth in customer acquisition and origination.
Email & Digital Marketing

  • Assist the Broker Marketing Manager in the creation of reactive, and important product/offer change email communications and processes 

  • Own the distribution lists on hubspot for email marketing and update GitLab on important, behaviour changing broker communications 

  • Create a new and improved email campaigns to improve the onboarding process of new brokers to enhance engagement and education

  • Create and maintain up to date white label marketing materials for brokers to use with their clients to help better sell iwoca and our USPs 

  • Collaborate with PR & Communications to manage the quarterly SME Expert Index, create compelling content and produce marketing assets across our social channels 

  • Assist the Broker Marketing Manager in running raffles and incentives to drive engagement in the broker network 

  • Gather feedback, monitor and analyse both event and digital marketing efforts to help track performance and enhance ROI going forwards

Events & Gifts 

  • Assist the Broker Marketing Manager in planning and coordinating quarterly broker events and trade shows 

  • Work with the Broker Marketing Manager and Broker Relationship Team to organise and run quarterly webinars and socials 

  • Organise seasonal and ad hoc gifts to help nurture existing broker relations eg.  easter, christmas, birthday cards, iwocaversary presents for brokers on the date that they started working with iwoca

  • Explore new marketing opportunities within the broker network to help enhance brand awareness eg. networking events, other expos etc.

Requirements: 

We look for people who are smart, humble, motivated and who are always looking to improve.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal with a professional phone manner

  • Excellent organisational skills and time management

  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage tasks and diary

  • Experience using Hubspot or other CRM systems 

  • Experienced in copywriting and email marketing 

  • Experience in running events is desirable but not a prerequisite

  • Takes pride in giving our clients the best in class service

  • Competent in preparing and delivering meetings and presentations in person and virtually through webinars

  • Not adverse to travel - the role may require you to travel via car and/or train and may involve overnight stays

  • Pride in personal contribution but also a team player

  • A ‘people person’ who is genuinely interested in developing relationships.

  • Previously demonstrated ability to take on new responsibilities or tasks and complete them to a high level

  • Experience of dealing with third parties is desirable but not a prerequisite
