About us

Carpenters is the world’s leading gallery for functional art and collectable design. Bringing together creators, collectors and practitioners in a single ecosystem, our global programme, heritage workshops and production facility support the creation of exceptional works defined by artistry and enduring quality, advancing a vision of living through art.

The role

Carpenters is looking for an energetic, highly organised Marketing Executive to join our marketing and communications team based in London. The role sits across traditional marketing and digital teams: you will help deliver 360º marketing campaigns focusing on the gallery's global programme of artists, exhibitions, art fairs, events, and more.
On the digital side, you will work closely with our Social Media Manager and CRM Manager to execute digital campaigns across our website, email and social media. Working as a junior part of our content team
alongside designers, photographers, and filmmakers, you will support the creation of digital, print, and video assets for distribution across our channels.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications but directly managed by the Marketing & PR Manager, you will work closely with the wider marketing, press, and digital teams. You will also be an integral liaison between the marketing department and our global sales, production, and artist relations teams, ensuring details about our marketing activities and events are communicated
throughout the gallery.

If you are a team player with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, a genuine interest in art and design, and a desire to excel in the art world, we would like to hear from you.

  • Ability to work across multiple projects of varying scope at the same time while maintaining composure and a strict attention to detail.
  • Digital fluency and confidence across social platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and Facebook.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with impeccable spelling, punctuation and grammar.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with Asana, CRM or email marketing platforms is a strong advantage.
