The opportunity

This is a pivotal moment to join CybSafe. We are scaling our in-house marketing capability, and this role sits at the center of that growth. You aren’t just joining a team; you’re helping architect the engine that will drive our next phase of expansion.

Working directly with our Head of Demand Generation, you’ll have immediate ownership and broad exposure as our marketing infrastructure takes shape. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll master everything from complex HubSpot automation to high-converting social and email campaigns.

We love working with AI here. Right now Claude is central to how we work, and we want someone who’s genuinely excited by that. Someone who uses these tools to do more and better work, but who also asks what good looks like and challenges them when they fall short. Curiosity beats box-ticking.

About CybSafe

CybSafe is the AI behavioural security platform that helps organisations identify the security behaviors most likely to cause a breach, change them, and prove it worked, or explain why not.

Built on decades of behavioural science and powered by SebDB, the world's cybersecurity behavior database, CybSafe adapts to the threats organisations face today and as they evolve, rather than focusing on just one or two behaviors. We sell to security leaders, and to the awareness, culture and risk professionals who run human risk programmes at mid-market and enterprise organisations.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for building the robust infrastructure and high-velocity campaigns that fuel our growth, collaborating closely with RevOps and Creative to mature our marketing mix.

And as we switch on new channels and motions, you’ll help stand those up too. The shape of the role will grow as we do.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Architecting HubSpot operations to ensure seamless lifecycle workflows, precise campaign tracking, and high data integrity.
  • Executing high-performing lifecycle email campaigns through sharp copywriting, segmentation, and continuous A/B testing.
  • Driving organic growth and brand awareness through strategic social media planning and active community management.
  • Producing on-brand visual assets that increase engagement across social, email, and digital campaigns.
  • Optimising conversion rates by building and iterating on landing pages that align with campaign goals.
  • Maximizing event ROI through end-to-end support, converting event attendance into qualified pipeline.
  • Analysing GA4 and HubSpot data to attribute revenue to specific activities and scale what drives results.
  • Keeping marketing work organised and moving in Notion, so things ship on time.
  • Helping switch on new channels and motions as the team and strategy grow.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS environments.
  • HubSpot proficiency: You’ve built workflows, managed campaigns, and understand the importance of data hygiene.
  • Content creation skills: You can craft compelling copy and visuals for social and email that drive measurable engagement.
  • Happy to turn your hand to most things. This is a do-it-all role on a small team.
  • AI-Forward mindset: You leverage AI tools (like Claude) to amplify your output while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, GA4 and Notion, or quick to pick them up.
  • Comfortable working with data, and curious about what it’s telling you.
  • Brilliant organisation, and happy working autonomously. You keep things moving without being chased.
  • Proactive and detail-focused, with the confidence to chase things down.

What you’ll get

  • The chance to help build a marketing engine, not just run one, at a real moment of growth.
  • Real breadth, from HubSpot operations to email, social and design, and the ownership to make it your own.
  • A genuinely hands-on Head of Demand Generation working alongside you, plus fractional external support.
  • A team that loves working with AI, and the space to push what’s possible with it.
  • A role that grows as we do, with new channels and motions to help switch on.
  • Fully remote, with occasional travel to London as and when required.

Benefits

Pension, health care, learning budget & professional development leave, remote-working equipment, flexible annual leave policy (25 days plus bank holidays, plus Global Rest Day, plus birthday)
