What We Need

This is a critical role in pursuing the department’s mission of accelerating the growth of each business unit, by helping to deliver best in class services, to understand, engage & excite players. Specifically, this role will focus on supporting the regional strategy & GTM teams to deliver regional growth and market penetration through regional intelligence, nuance to pre-established global marketing strategies and a relentless focus on campaign executional excellence and delivery.


Regional Strategy and Go-to-Market:

This individual will be responsible for contributing towards the development and execution of comprehensive strategies and campaigns to drive market share and revenue growth across EMEA and LATAM markets for assigned titles.  The titles could range from core, sports and FTP, projects will be allocated based on launch cycles and team capacity.


Regional Strategy:

  • Helping to Identify cultural events and insights to support wider strategies for EMEA and LATAM to maximise commercial opportunities and local relevance throughout the region
  • Working with members of the regional strategy & GTM teams to help build out rationale for growth market strategies across the region


Campaign Planning:

  • Supporting briefing media agencies and helping develop paid and organic planning
  • Collaborate with PR and Influencer agencies alongside the other members of the regional strategy & GTM teams to pull a comprehensive campaign together by title


Executional Excellence:

  • Ensuring excellence in all aspects of the campaign delivery
  • Track timing and delivery of campaign, and escalate any concerns
  • Support all teams in the execution of the campaign including asset delivery, tracking and management
  • Effectively manage multiple aspects of campaign delivery for titles across internal and external teams
     

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear updates and support for regional initiatives are achieved
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations across all aspects of campaign delivery


What You’ll Do

  • Budget maintenance including PO raising
  • Campaign execution
  • Campaign performance updates throughout campaigns
  • Supporting communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the catalogue team across all elements of the business
  • Launch support across all titles
