As Marketing Executive, you will provide support to JCDecaux’s key customers, partners and the Commercial team by helping to demonstrate the effectiveness of Out-of-Home. Working closely with the Data & Insight team, you’ll bring together category, product, environment and audience knowledge to create useful tools, content and learning that showcase the value of JCDecaux’s portfolio.

What you'll be doing...

  • Provide the Commercial team with sector knowledge, client brief support, case studies and marketing SLAs such as photography.

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for the Partners team, ensuring new product information and associated audience insight is communicated clearly and efficiently.

  • Keep product sections of the JCDecaux UK website up to date and accurate.

  • Support updates to the internal and external hubs with the latest learning modules, case histories and insights.

  • Help drive usage and adoption of learning modules through email, web and social activity, ensuring the right content reaches the right audiences.

  • Track and report on engagement, reviewing feedback and providing data on attendees by specialist and agency audience.

  • Help maintain the tender resource support centre, ensuring relevant and up-to-date assets are available to support the tender process (including product R&D, sustainability, content provision, city-specific needs and charities).

  • Assist in delivering a programme of partner communications that strengthens JCDecaux’s reputation as a trusted partner and supports contract retention, development/extension and acquisition.

  • A solid grounding in classical marketing, with experience across the full marketing mix including digital (email, social, web and analytics).

  • The ability to interpret data and insights and use them to inform clear, practical recommendations.

  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, ensuring plans are delivered on time and in collaboration with multiple teams.

  • A true team player mindset, able to build positive working relationships with colleagues and partners from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
