The Role

We're looking for a savvy Marketing Executive to join our GESS Education team within Informa Connect. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and help develop, monitor, and improve our campaigns. You will be working on our flagship show, GESS Dubai, as well as our newly launched GESS Saudi Arabia event.

What You'll Do

  • Create and manage multi-channel content – develop and execute compelling content strategies across social media, digital platforms, and email campaigns that align with objectives and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Drive data-informed marketing optimisation - Analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities, then implement evidence-based enhancements that maximise ROI and audience engagement.
  • Maintain brand excellence and quality standards – Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and meet high-quality benchmarks, preserving consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work seamlessly with sales teams, conference team, designers, web team, and external partners to align marketing efforts with broader organisational goals and facilitate integrated campaign execution.
  • Support Exhibitor and Sponsor Success - Address exhibitor marketing needs and fulfil sponsorship deliverables with attention to detail, ensuring all stakeholders receive exceptional support and value from their participation.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment - Embrace emerging priorities with agility and resourcefulness, proactively identifying and responding to changing marketing needs as they arise within the organisation
