We are looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Executive to help deliver our digital marketing strategy by implementing, tracking, and optimising our digital assets, social channels, website and marketing campaigns to increase engagement with our target audience of retailers and CPG brands.
Working closely with our Digital Marketing Lead, you will work on our corporate website and social channels, evolving and optimising these to grow traffic, drive leads and enable digital growth. You will work with regional marketers and content specialists to help dunnhumby connect with potential buyers and improve engagement, supporting opportunity and revenue generation.
You will have experience in planning and executing organic social media activity for channels like LinkedIn, and a good understanding of how CRM and CMS platforms should integrate to link digital activities to lead generation. And you will be aware of the latest trends in digital marketing.


Responsibilities: 

  • Execute world class digital marketing across digital assets and channels, engaging our target audiences.
  • Support with SEO and updates of dunnhumby.com to improve user experience, driving quality of traffic.
  • Help deliver the organic social strategy for LinkedIn and support on our paid digital media campaigns for local market teams to increase awareness and quality of leads generated
  • Ensure the platforms for hosting our content are continually assessed for optimisation to drive improvement and engagement.
  • Work with web developer and where needed external agencies to create landing pages and digital tools. Deliver high quality work, effectively communicated with internal users.   
  • Work with Legal, Security and Business Systems to ensure our digital platforms are compliant with privacy & accessibility legislation, cookie tracking and follow best practice for B2B marketing.  
  • Work with colleagues to ensure successful integration between CRM (Salesforce) and CMS platforms
  • Educate and train marketers across dunnhumby on latest tools and techniques for prospect and client marketing through digital channels.   
  • Track, measure and report success of traffic, engagement and leads driven and supported through digital marketing. 

 

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in a B2B Digital Marketing role, managing websites, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns
  • Practical experience of Salesforce marketing automation system and website CMS
  • Experience in executing organic and paid social media campaigns  
  • Experience of marketing and web analytics tools such as GA4  
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG) desirable
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Able to work independently in an international team
