Collectively these brand homes are known as Diageo Ireland Brand Homes (DIBH).
Purpose of Role
To shape the nature of culture and community engagement across Diageo Ireland Brand Homes (DIBH). Focus on activating, measuring, reporting, and administering the DIBH Culture Strategy with key areas in Creative Arts, Hospitality, and Community. Support on PR and communications function.
This role reports to the Senior PR & Culture Manager. It requires close collaboration with various internal teams such as digital growth, innovation, visitor experience (VE), facilities management (FM), finance (FIN) and corporate relations (CR) ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Key external stakeholders include industry bodies like Tourism Ireland/Fáilte Ireland along with multiple agency partners. Proactively identifies collaborative partnership opportunities across cultural agencies/influencers/organizations.
You will assist on delivery of market-leading cultural plans for Diageo Brand Homes by integrating best-in-class thinking through community engagement strategies, experiences, partnerships, PR and storytelling. This role will focus on embedding our brands into relevant local cultural spaces and fostering strong connections within the community.

You will be responsible to/ for:
· Deliver strategic cultural plans aligning brands with business objectivesExecute scalable culture and community plans enhancing advocacy/talkability among core audiences
· Identify, establish and activate partnerships and proprietary projects across channels creating consumer connections at scale
· Support PR agency management and reputation management efforts by developing impactful communications materials for both internal and external audiences
· Execute scalable plans enhancing advocacy among core audiences and positively enhancing brand reputation.
· Establish partnerships/projects creating large-scale consumer connections.
· Building strong internal/external relationships for effective collaboration.
· Support on development of PR/Communications materials for internal and external purposes.
· Medium to long-term strategic planning focusing on embedding brands into cultural contexts through sustained strategic initiatives.
· Directly contributes to P&L performance by delivering culture strategy and campaigns that drive revenue and footfall.
· Ensures all A&P projects stay within budget.
· Implement effective measurement and evaluation of campaigns.
· Responsible for supplier financial payments including raising POs and invoicing.
· Integral part of the marketing team; collaborates with internal stakeholders including, VE (Visitor Experience), retail, finance, and brand teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR or a relevant field.
· 3+ years of experience in creating culturally embedded brand strategies.
· Strong understanding of the Irish media landscape, PR/comms expertise, consumer behaviour insights.
· Requires advanced knowledge of how culture, community, and media impact business objectives and long-term brand strategy.
· Active knowledge of earned, paid, and digital media required to deliver impact.
· Capable and inquisitive team member who proactively delivers exceptional work while seeking new opportunities.
· Requires active knowledge of trends in the drinks, travel, leisure, creative arts and experience industries.
· Deep curiosity regarding consumer behaviour/culture insights driving effective strategies.
· Proven track-record in managing relationships collaboratively, thriving under fast-paced environments, and maintaining high-performance standard.
