We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with experience in B2B thought leadership to join our team. Responsible for managing a programme of research-led content at dunnhumby, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts and the wider marketing team to produce a programme of compelling and authoritative thought leadership content that demonstrates dunnhumby’s retail industry expertise.  
We are looking for someone who has managed external thought leadership content in previous roles – ideally for a retail, data or tech organisation. You’ll need to be comfortable running multiple projects at pace, working with a range of people across our global footprint, and manage partner agencies to ensure a high quality of content.   

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop dunnhumby’s global thought leadership content plans, aligned to strategic pillars for the business and to regional marketing teams’ sales strategies 
  • Produce high-quality content including reports, blog articles, podcasts, videos and infographics, all designed to position dunnhumby and our people as leading industry experts 
  • Commission and run research with external market research firms, analyse results and use these to create insights for our content 
  • Track and measure content performance to optimise future plans 
  • Work with internal and external subject matter experts, regional marketing teams and senior leaders to amplify content 
  • Build close relationships with Internal Communications colleagues to promote content to our people and build network of global brand advocates 

 

Experience needed: 

  • Strong background in B2B content creation – ideally from a retail or tech background  
  • Fluent in English with exceptional writing, editing and proofing skills 
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines across the business 
  • Experience managing research projects to support thought leadership content 
  • Experience in multimedia thought leadership production, i.e. video and podcasts 
  • Experience working independently within a global team
