PFL’s Marketing Organization is growing, and we are actively seeking an extraordinarily talented events and webinar expert to help tell our story and drive leads. Responsible for in-person events, virtual events and PFL webinars.

In this role you will get to: 

  • Event Management:
    • Strategy & Execution: Build and manage the strategy and execution of all in-person events; including, identifying target audiences, defining event objectives, and developing a comprehensive event plan.
    • Partnerships: Collaborate with the partnership team to plan and execute partner events as determined by the partnerships leader. This will involve understanding partner goals and aligning event activities to achieve mutual success.
    • Brand Experience & Storytelling: Craft compelling experiences and memorable stories that lead to high activation and engagement at events. Focus on creating a positive and impactful brand experience for attendees.
    • Logistics & Vendor Management: Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiations, registration, booth design, travel arrangements, on-site execution, and vendor management. -may required limited travel
    • Presentation Coaching: Guide presenters at events to ensure they deliver compelling presentations and tell impactful stories that resonate with the audience.
    • Demand Generation: Work closely with the demand generation team to generate and hand off engaged event leads, ensuring a seamless transition for follow-up and opportunity creation.
    • Budget Management: Own and manage the events budget, with a strong focus on ROI. This includes budget planning, tracking expenses, and optimizing spending.
    • Metrics & Reporting: Work with marketing operations to create reports and dashboards to showcase event performance and ROI.
  • Webinar Management:
    • Strategy & Content: Develop and execute a comprehensive webinar strategy aligned with marketing objectives. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative webinar content.
    • Production & Promotion: Manage all aspects of webinar production, including speaker coordination, registration management, technical setup, and promotion through various marketing channels (email, social media, paid advertising).
    • Engagement & Follow-up: Track and analyze webinar performance metrics, including attendance rates, lead generation, and engagement. Manage post-webinar follow-up, including lead nurturing and content distribution.
    • Presentation Coaching: Guide presenters at webinars to ensure they deliver compelling presentations and tell impactful stories.
  • General Marketing Support:
    • Collaborate with other marketing team members on various projects and initiatives.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event and webinar marketing.
    • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and planning process 

On day one, we expect you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing and Events, demonstrating a proven track record of success in managing and executing impactful events and webinars.
  • Experience with tradeshows and other events, storytelling, presentation creation, and other marketing tactics.
  • Solid understanding of B2B and B2C marketing and SaaS business dynamics, indicating a grasp of the industry landscape and target audience.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess event performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication (written and presentation) skills, with a passion for connecting the dots between customer needs and product features.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Strong independent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize high-impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward.
  • Big-picture thinking partnered with the ability (and willingness) to execute on the ground level.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, highlighting the importance of teamwork and a positive contribution to the company culture.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company, emphasizing flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.

Base Salary: $75K-90K + Company Based Bonus
