Moneturn is looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to join our expanding team. This pivotal position requires a visionary leader who can develop and implement strategic marketing plans, drive brand growth, and ensure the company’s continued success in a highly competitive industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in affiliate marketing, designing & developing a product, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing senior individuals, and achieving significant results. 

This role involves overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented professional who can handle the complexities of the affiliate marketing and stock/crypto/forex industries, and is passionate about navigating the company through its industry challenges and opportunities, ultimately driving us to success.

Key accountabilities

  • Product Development and Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build and grow brands within the affiliate marketing space, ensuring verifiable results.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage senior individuals within various marketing functions, including commercial, content, and SEO, leveraging their expertise to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the affiliate marketing sector, and navigate and leverage these insights to enhance brand presence and competitiveness.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage company budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximise return on investment (ROI), and monitor financial performance to implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Strategic Planning: Utilise strong strategic planning skills to develop and implement marketing plans that drive significant business success, and set clear objectives and goals for marketing initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance marketing efforts and expand market reach, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data analysis to inform marketing decisions, track campaign effectiveness, and optimise future marketing efforts, while implementing metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director (or similar) in a relevant industry
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing a brand within the affiliate marketing space, with verifiable results
  • Extensive knowledge of various marketing functions, including commercial, content, and SEO, to effectively manage senior individuals in each area and leverage their roles to drive brand growth and engagement
  • Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, with the ability to navigate and leverage these for brand growth
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI
  • Strong strategic planning skills with a history of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive significant business success
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations
