POSITION / TITLE:

Marketing Director, EMEA (London Based)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Kore.ai is looking for a high-octane, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Director for EMEA. As our first dedicated marketing leader in the region, you will be the architect of our growth across the UK, Germany, and the Middle East during the most pivotal era of Agentic AI.

This is a unique "builder" role. You will start as an individual contributor, taking full ownership of the regional marketing engine—from high-touch executive events to digital demand gen—while building the blueprint for a future EMEA marketing team. If you are hungry to own a region, work at the bleeding edge of AI, and partner deeply with Sales and Channels, this is your next career-defining move.

LOCATION:

London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regional Strategy & Ownership: Develop and execute the integrated marketing plan for EMEA, focusing on high-growth markets: UK, Germany, and the Middle East.
  • Events as a Strategic Lever: Lead the strategy for regional trade shows, bespoke executive roundtables, and Kore.ai-hosted roadshows to drive pipeline and brand authority in the AI space.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with Sales to launch 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs targeting our highest-value enterprise prospects in core industries.
  • Sales & Partner Alignment: Act as the "CMO" for the EMEA Sales and Partnership teams. You will ensure marketing efforts are perfectly synced with sales targets and channel partner motions.
  • Digital & Demand Gen: Localize global campaigns for the EMEA market, ensuring messaging resonates across different cultures and languages (specifically for Germany and ME).
  • Customer Marketing: Turn our successful EMEA implementations into powerful case studies and advocates to fuel the sales cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience: 8–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, Agentic AI, or Enterprise Software.
  • The "Builder" Mindset: You thrive in high-growth environments where you create processes from scratch. You aren't afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get a campaign out the door.
  • Cross-Functional Mastery: You are a natural collaborator who can navigate a global organization, working seamlessly with Product, Global Marketing, and Field Sales.
  • Regional Expertise: Proven experience marketing into the UK and Germany; familiarity with the Middle East business landscape is a significant plus.
  • Travel Ready: Willingness to travel across the region (approx. 20%) for events and partner meetings.
